1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Eleven Endeavors LLC, doing business as North County Digital ("North County Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or interact with northcountydigital.com (the "Site").

This policy applies only to the Site. It does not cover any separate software platforms, client portals, or services we provide to our clients under separate agreements, which are governed by their own terms.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

Payment information, when applicable, is collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. This may include:

  • IP address and general location derived from it

  • Browser type, operating system, and device type

  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring URL

  • Date and time of your visit

  • Interactions with site features, forms, and chat

  • Email engagement data (such as whether you opened an email from us or clicked a link in it) for messages sent through our email platform

Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services we use, including advertising platforms, analytics providers, review platforms (such as Yelp and Google), and lead sources. We combine this with information we already have to improve our services and communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information

  • Schedule and conduct meetings, consultations, and audits

  • Deliver, manage, and improve our services

  • Send marketing communications, newsletters, and resources (with the option to unsubscribe at any time)

  • Measure and improve Site performance through analytics

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain uses of cookies and advertising tools may qualify as "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out as described below.

4. AI Chat Disclosure

Our Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Please note:

  • The chat is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to help with scheduling, general questions about our services, and basic information.

  • The assistant may not identify itself as AI at the start of a conversation, but will confirm that it is AI if you ask.

  • A human team member may occasionally take over a conversation, though most interactions are handled by the AI.

  • Conversations are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can follow up with you and improve our service.

  • Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information) in the chat.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help a website remember information about your visit. We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies that are required for the Site to function properly.

  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, Google Analytics).

  • Advertising cookies that allow us to measure the performance of our advertising (for example, Google Ads).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie consent tool. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business. These providers are only permitted to use the information to perform services for us. Current service providers include:

  • Squarespace for website hosting and infrastructure

  • Google Analytics for website traffic analytics

  • Google Ads for advertising and conversion measurement

  • HighLevel (GHL) for our CRM, AI chat, email communications, and call tracking

  • Mailgun for transactional and marketing email delivery

  • Stripe for payment processing

  • MeetPaddy (a HighLevel-based scheduling platform) for booking meetings

  • Yelp for lead management services through our Yelp Agency Partnership

  • Other service providers we may engage from time to time to help operate our Site, marketing, analytics, communications, and business operations. Any such providers are required to handle your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and consistent with this policy.

We may also disclose information:

  • To comply with applicable laws, court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process

  • To enforce our terms or protect the rights, property, or safety of North County Digital, our clients, or others

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the acquiring party will be bound by this policy or provide notice of any changes

  • With your consent or at your direction

We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share

  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions

  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information

  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising

  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by California law: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services requested or purchased); internet or network activity (browsing and interaction data); geolocation data (approximate location from IP); professional information (company, job title, industry); and inferences drawn from the above.

Categories of Information Shared

We may share identifiers, internet activity, and inferences with analytics and advertising providers for the purposes of measuring and improving our marketing. You may opt out as described in the next section.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request to know, delete, correct, opt out, or limit use of sensitive information, contact us at:

Email: wave@northcountydigital.com

We will verify your request using information we have on file, such as your email address or information you previously provided. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission and, in some cases, verification from you.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with the option to extend by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary. We will notify you if an extension is needed.

To opt out of cookie-based advertising and analytics, use our cookie consent tool (if available on the Site), adjust your browser settings, or enable Global Privacy Control.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Common retention purposes include responding to inquiries, providing services, meeting tax and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or take steps to anonymize it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including SSL encryption on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information as described in Section 7.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email to our list).

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
